We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. PLEASE NOTE the system cannot quote for shipping, as each province/country will differ in both cost and timescale. We will advise you by email of your particular charge.
If you have contacted us and ordered a custom-built screen or a non-stock item, we will require a 50% deposit with the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Access, Solo, Switch, JCB, and Visa debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

UK based customers can choose at the checkout to collect their order from our premises, in which case there will be no charge for delivery.
Delivery will be quoted separately at the best possible rates for all Overseas orders.
DAMAGED GOODS
DO NOT SIGN FOR AN ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED IT'S CONTENTS TO YOUR SATISFACTION. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED THE DELIVERY NOTE.
In the event of receiving an item which is evidently damaged, you MUST reject the item, and refuse to sign the document. This applies to both items despatched from our warehouse, and items sent directly from the factory.. Please inform Screens UK immediately, and email digital photographs, if possible. This will enable us to deal with the issue more quickly. Screens UK will arrange for the item to be replaced, at no additional cost to the customer.
If you have signed for an item, and discover damage afterwards, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to arrange a replacement, refund, or discount if the driver was given a clear signature.
UK Mainland delivery normally within 1 working days.
Other countries delivery within 2-7 days. Schedule & costs vary from country to country.

In order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaints within 7 working days of the date of delivery. Please help us by describing the problem, and emailing digital photographs if possible. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. You the customer will be kept informed throughout this process.This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Faulty Goods
If an item is faulty, we would ask you to supply digital photographs, if possible. We will forward these on to the factory, who will exchange the screen directly with the customer. Screens UK will not exchange the item from their stock. If the factory concede that the item is faulty, they will cover the cost of transportation of the faulty screen, and it's replacement. In the case of a faulty custom screen, the factory will collect it, take it back and apply replacement cloth. There could be a turnaround time of 28 days on this. Please note that additional costs, such as re-installation of a product and other such issues, will not be covered by Screens UK, and therefore have to be covered by the customer.
PLEASE NOTE : All electric screens are equipped with a 30cm top black border, and in order for the screen to hang correctly and be wrinkle-free, ALL of this border should be exposed. Any manual or mechanical adjustment or adaptation, or any other intances of tampering will result in any warranties becoming null & void.
If you require more, or less visible top border, this will be a custom screen and will be pre-set in the factory to the required dimensions.
Projectors
Ellie XS2000HT & Ellie XS3000HT are both supplied with a 12-month parts & labour guarantee.
Any other brand is covered by a manufacturer's guarantee.
Screens
We offer a 2-year guarantee on the cloth, and 5 years on the mechanical parts.
However, since the environmnet in which each screen is used is unique, we cannot guarantee the quality of the perceived image.

You may cancel orders within 7 days after the day of receipt of the goods providing you notify us of your intention to do so by email. You are requested to return cancelled items at your expense, and if you do not do so then a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods.
All monies will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.If the customer has purchased an item in error, we require notification within 7 days. Then shipment costs and 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from any refund/exchange.
